The Multinnov indoor drone is one of the few professional drones for indoor inspections in confined spaces, the drone can also reach places where a conventional drone cannot without causing damage to the propellers or the asset itself, for example between pipelines or racks.

The protective cage of the Multinnov drone is completely built around the drone to keep it stable when flying into obstacles. The protective cage measures 380mm allowing the Multinnov drone to be manoeuvred through most standard manholes.

The Multinnov drone is perfect for flying in complete darkness, with high-capacity LEDs at the top, front and bottom, totalling 12,000 lumens, for navigating in areas where there is no lighting. The light intensity can be controlled from the controller.

The RGB camera features 4K @ 30fps FHD video. The images from the RGB camera are transmitted in real time to the ground station of the pilot and cameraman.

The Multinnov drone is splash and dustproof and can handle temperatures from 0°C to 50°C during indoor drone inspections.

indoor drone inspection
Indoor inspection of a 70-metre long inlet channel at Arcelor Mittal Gent, this channel was inspected for the first time in 50 years. Placing scaffolding inside was virtually impossible due to the complex structure and was therefore also far too expensive. This inspection took 6 hours and was carried out using a drone specially designed for indoor inspections.
